Actions that characterize the process of plagiarism:
* Passing someone else's work off as one's own;
* copying the words or ideas of another person without reference to his works;
* intentional omission of a link from the list of sources;
* providing incorrect data about the source (for example, a "broken" link);
* changing the order of words while preserving the general structure of the sentence and without reference to the source;
* copying large amounts of text or ideas with reference to sources that together make up the majority of the article.
 
Plagiarism is classified according to the following categories:
* exact copying without changes (Copy & Paste) and without proper bibliographic design of borrowed fragments;
* copying with changes in linguistic, lexical and technological interpretation (with permutations of words, replacement of letters, numbers);
* imitation of style;
* translation from another language;
* borrowing an idea.
 
Procedure:
* All submitted manuscripts are checked for uniqueness by the editor using the Unicheck text matching service at the initial review stage.
* In cases of detection of plagiarism, the material will be rejected.

Personal:
* Personal relationships (eg, friends, family members, current or previous supervisors, opponents) with individuals involved in manuscript submission and review (authors, reviewers, editors, or editorial board members);
* Personal beliefs (political, religious, ideological or other) related to the topic of the manuscript, which may interfere with the objective process of publication (at the stage of submission, review, making editorial decisions or publication).
 
Professional:
* Colleagues of the author participating in joint research.
* Membership in organizations lobbying the interests of the author.
* Relationships (paid or unpaid) with organizations and foundations, including non-governmental organizations, research or charitable institutions.
 
Financial:
* Research grants (from any sponsoring source, restricted or unrestricted).
* Patent applications (existing or pending), including applications from institutes to which the author is affiliated and from which he may profit.
* Fees, gifts and rewards of any kind.
 
PROCEDURE:
* All persons related to the manuscript, commenting on or evaluating this material (authors, editors, reviewers and readers) must declare the presence of a conflict of interest.
* Authors must indicate whether they are part of the editorial board of the encyclopedia.
* Reviewers should indicate whether or not they have a hostile relationship with the authors of the manuscripts sent for review. If, due to personal relations with the author, the reviewer cannot objectively evaluate the manuscript, he should refuse to perform the task.
* If, in the opinion of the editors, there are circumstances that could affect an unbiased review, the editors will not engage such a reviewer.
* The editors reserve the right not to publish the manuscript if the declared conflict of interest jeopardizes the objectivity and reliability of the research evaluation.
* If the editors detect the presence of a conflict of interest that was not declared at the time of submission, the manuscript may be rejected.
* If an undeclared conflict of interest is discovered after publication, the article may be corrected or deleted, if necessary.
